We have already sent you the Runner Handbook and other details on Wednesday, September 25 by email.
but please be sure to check the following hospitality arrangements for charity runners.
(1) Packet Pick-up [ October 18 (Fri.)・October 19 (Sat.) ]
Be sure to pick-up your charity T-shirt, two pink wristbands and your runner packet including your bib.
*Charity T-shirt : We will provide you with a Charity T-shirts in your requested size. Please note that you cannot exchange the size of your shirt.
*Wristbands for entering the charity runner meet area : You will receive two pink wristbands. See (6) for details.

(2) Schedule of Race Day: October 20
06:30 a.m. Entrance gates open・Charity Lounge open
07:30 a.m. Half Marathon entrance gates close.
07:45 a.m. Runners must have entered the start area by this time.
08:05 a.m. Half Marathon START
09:15 a.m. Charity Runner Meeting Area open
11:05 a.m. Half Marathon Finish.
11:30 a.m. Charity Runner Meeting Area close
12:15 p.m. Charity Lounge close
*As the start block closes at 7:45 a.m., please check in your baggage at the Charity Lounge by 7:30 a.m. at the latest.
(3) Where to go on the Race Day [Race day]
Please be sure to enter through [Gate E].
After entering through Gate E, please take the escalator to the 3rd floor where the Charity Lounge is located.
General runners will be directed to the 4th floor, so please be careful not to make a mistake.
*The Charity Lounge is located on the E Gate side.
*Bibs are required for entry.Please show your bib to the gate staff.
(4) Baggage check-in [Race day]
The baggage check-in for charity runners are also on the 3th floor.
Please note that baggage cannot be checked in on the same 4F as general runners.
After baggage check-in, please take the stairs up to the 4th floor, then go down to the 1st floor and line up at the start area.
After the Race Finished, the baggage check-in for charity runners are on the 3rd floor too.

(5) Charity Lounge [Race day]
There is a charity lounge on the 3rd floor exclusively for charity runners.
Eligible participants are welcome here̶we have a dedicated changing area, restrooms, and spectator
stands where charity runners can relax and rest.
Also available after the race is a space to interact with charity organizations and a Runner's Service area (with refreshments, etc.).
(6) Charity Runner Meeting Area [Race day(Only after the finish)]
We will arrange a charity runner meet area after the race. Feel free to use it to meet with your family and friends.
There will be public spectator stands which are open to everyone. If you would like to support your family or friends at the Japan National Stadium, enter through Gate B on the 1st floor.
*When your companion enters the Charity Runner Meet Area, thay will need to wear the pink wristband distributed at the Packet Pick-up, so please be sure to hand it to them before the race.
*If they do not enter the Charity Meet Area, they do not need to wear a pink wristband
*Please refer to drawing (4) for the entrance to the Charity Meet Area.
*If your companion uses a wheelchair or buggy, please use the 1st floor public spectator stands for the meet.
*Information regarding the details of the Charity Runner Meeting Area will be given at the Packet Pick-up.
