This is an Important information for all charity runners regarding the event.
It includes valuable information such as precautions from the Packet Pick-up in advance to the race day!
Please read till the end as it also describes hospitality!

■Packet Pick-up
Packet Pick-up is during the three-day period from Thursday, February 27 to Saturday, March 1!
At Packet Pick-up, you will receive your Bib and wristband which are required when participating in the race. Both will be checked on the race day.

*Time required for Packet Pick-up: Around 30 minutes
*You may experience long wait times shortly after the start of entry, or depending on the level of congestion. We recommend arriving early.
*Only runners are permitted in the Packet Pick-up Area.
Please have your companions wait at the Meeting Area while you pick up your packet.

You can check your Bib Confirmation from My Entry or the URL provided in the email sent on Friday, February 7.

Once you have checked the Timing Tag, the Packet Pick-up is complete!
[Packet Pick-up Procedures]
Once you arrive at the venue, it is time to pick up your Packet!
Please go to the Bib Pick-up Desk described on your Bib Confirmation!
You will receive your Packet and the wristband at the desk.
You are to wear the wristband from the time you complete your registration until you finish on the race day!
*Only for those who signed up will receive the official baggage bag and baggage sticker
*There will be NO EXPO bag and official program from this year, therefore we recommend that you bring your own bag to carry your handouts
After receiving your Packet, please go to the Charity T-shirt Pick-up Desk and receive your Charity T-shirt!
Please be careful NOT to forget to pick up your Charity T-shirt!
*Size change is not possible
If you purchased a Signature T-Shirt, Singlet or a Bib Magnet via My Entry, please be sure to stop by the Goods Pick-up Desk after receiving your bib!
[Our commitment to sustainability]
As part of our commitment to sustainability, the Tokyo Marathon does not include safety pins in your Packet.
Please use commercially available bib fasteners, or reuse safety pins from past races.
If you wish to use safety pins but do not have any, they are available at the Timing Tag Check Table. Feel free to take them with you.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Once this is done, all that remains is to check the Timing Tags and the Packet Pick-up is complete!
Finally, check to see if there is anything you forgot to pick up before heading to the Tokyo Marathon 2025 EXPO venue!
The EXPO venue features booths of each charity organization!

[TOKYO MARATHON EXPO 2025 CHARITY Area]
At the Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2025 Charity Zone, each charity organization will set up a booth and provide a space where they can interact with charity runners and other visitors.
This is also an opportunity for you to talk directly with the staff of the charity organization you have chosen to donate to and gain a deeper understanding of its projects.

[VOLUNTAINER Meeting 2025 –Explore, Learn, and Connect for Sustainability through
Tokyo Marathon–]
The event will take place over three days at Tokyo Big Sight
(1st Floor, Conference Tower), coinciding with Tokyo Marathon EXPO 2025 (Packet Pick-up).
The VOLUNTAINER Meeting will feature a variety of seminars and interactive areas showcasing
sustainability initiatives related to the Tokyo Marathon. Runners, their companions, volunteers,
and general visitors are all welcome to join!
No registration is required for entry (except for certain seminars). Whether you're attending alone,
with family, or with friends, we invite you to stop by and take part in this meaningful experience!

Here is a description of the preparations for the race day on Sunday, March 2.

*Please note that water bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and other such containers bottles are NOT allowed ( regardless of size, opened or unopened )

[Bib Identification and Recognition]
Charity runners' bib (pink) includes the name of the charity organization, in addition to the starting block and entrance gate!

■About the Charity Lounge after the Race finished ( Tokyo International Forum )
A Charity Lounge will be opened exclusively for charity runners in the Tokyo International Forum Hall B!

Family and Friends Meeting Point (Hall B7 )
In addition to a space to interact with each charity organization, for the first time, a meeting area for charity runners and their guests (family, friends, etc.) will be set up in the Charity Lounge!
After the Finish, we invite you and your guests to join us and interact with the charity organizations!
In addition to the above, various hospitality events are scheduled at each charity organization, so please stop by the Charity Lounge.
